Barack Obama's law firm sued Citibank on behalf of poor and minority people based on the bank refusing these folks mortgages. They began to give more loans to Minorities and the poor and these folks ended up with Mortgages that they could not afford. This resulted in foreclosures. I agree that sometimes the banks deny money based on race and yes poor home ownership should be something that can be obtained how about houses in the poorer communities. I have my own home that has a mortage that I can afford and they even cover my taxes. It can be done but people need to live within their means.

Why won't Senator Obama produce his colb as is required by the United States Constitution. We want to make sure that he was born in Hawaii but that isn't the only other problem with his citizenship including being a duel citizen to Indonsia. Barack Obama must also explain how he was able to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when Americans were forbidden by law to travel to that country on a US passport. That would mean he had to travel using his Indonsian passport as we know he never legally accepted his citizenship. I was very impressed with Sarah Palin tonight. She was plucked out of her private little world and is now in the national spotlight. She proved that she is up to the challenge. She kicked Joe Biden's butt tonight. She was warm and connected well with the American people. She was good and despite Gwen Ifill who was not the most fair moderator because she allowed old boring Biden to drone on.
I watched it on PBS because they don't have commentary during the debate. I prefer to make up my own mind on such things. I think those commentators are stupid anyway. They always give candidates bad advice then get mad when the politicians don't listen like Al Gore the media told him not to use Bill Clinton and that turned out to be bad advice.
I am proud of Sarah Palin today. She did great. She is way to cool. She was funny and bright. She knocked it out of the woodwork.

I see that the same old bias is still running strong. Gwen Ifill is moderating a Pro Obama book and stands to make millions off of this book. I believe that because of this she is unable to be fair. She is set to release her book on January 20, 2009 and stands to make make millions if he is elected President. This would make her bias as she has a financial gain if one of those candidate win the debate and then the election.
This is just one of several unfair debates with unfair moderators. Why can't the debate commission find a moderator who is fair. I bet she doesn't allow Sarah the same freedom that Joe will be given.

Obama and ACORN are joined together like conjoined twins. They have depended on each other for years. Obama started working with this Community group who have 10,000 due paying members of this group. This group got its start campaigning to fix the public housing projects all over the Country as a former resident of the Projects they did not get the Projects remodeled. We sued HUD and they remodeled our projects. Once they were remodeled the residents made sure they were not ruined. The result was decent housing for the poor and the poor caring about where they live. Hawkins Village was remodeled in 1996 and in 2008 they look 100 times better then they looked when they were first remodeled. The Housing Authority spends money there because the tenants care enough about where they live. ACORN did not have anything to do with this.
Now ACORN wants minorities to own their own home so in some cases they bully the banks into giving loans to people who cannot afford them. They teach this victim mentality to the people they serve instead of common sense.
